Delivering a luxurious and stylish experience for all our customers, ensuring that all our stationary, invitations and gifts are perfect for your events.

Below are the easy steps and instructions that will explain the whole overview process for you as well as the expected time frames for your perfect delivery of your order.

We suggest ordering your Save the Dates straight after you have secured your date and booked your venues.

Your Invitations including all enclosure cards should be sent to your guests at least 3-4 months prior to your wedding or event. It allows enough time for guests to RSVP.

On the day stationery can be finalised once your RSVP date has passed and you have your guestlist is confirmed. This stationery can include your menus, place cards, seating chart, etc.

We suggest ordering all of your on the day stationery at least 6 weeks prior to your event.

We recommend sending your thank-you cards within one month after your event.

Choose from our range of pre designed invitation and event stationery templates and place your order. Upon recieving your order, we will email you a design brief to collect the details of the event.

Once this has been provided, you will recieve your first proof within 3 business days via email.

Once you recieve your first design proof, we offer one change to text or colours.

We will then create a new design proof within 2-3 business days and email to you for final approval.

Once you have approved your designs, we will organise the printing.

Printing can take 3-4 weeks depending on the print method you choose.

The wait is over, your order is ready!

We will check, pack and organise delivery of your order.

Know that we take joy helping you create a lasting memory with your guests by making sure all those little details are taken care of.

Print Methods

We offer a range of print methods to create your perfect event stationery.

Digital Print

Digital printing is the process of printing digital-based images directly onto a variety of cardstock. There is no need for a printing plate, unlike with offset printing.

White Ink Print

Rather than printing a reverse image whereby you print the background and leave the text white, we can print using White Ink. This works best with darker cardstock.

Create an opulent and luxe finish with foiling. Foiling is a hot-pressed metallic sheet process, which it adheres onto the surface by heat processing to create an embellishment on the product. Available in a variety of foil colours.

Adds a colour pressed finish onto extravagant cotton paper. With its highest quality and elegant feature, Letterpress will bring you both the style and the classics to your product.

Colour Themes

We have curated a range of on trend colour themes that we can adapt to any suite. Making it easier to see the theme you are after.

Card Stock Colours

We have carefully curated a collection of cardstock which we can have your invitations and event stationery printed on. As colours can slightly vary from screen to in person, we suggest purchasing a cardstock sample pack.

Cardstock thickness is between 300-350gsm.

Envelope Colours

Our envelopes are available in a range of colours. If there is a colour you don't see, please reach out as we may be able to source it for you.

Die-Cut Shapes

Add some extra flair to your stationery with custom die-cutting. We can die-cut your save the dates, invitations, enclosure cards and thank you cards to any of the shapes below for an additional cost.

Die-cutting is also available for most on the day pieces to create a memorable look for your event.
